Assembly Label

The Challenge:

The brands customer framework was outdated and failing to align with the modern customer. It wasn’t embedded into day-to-day practice. Their leadership team was green and many stores were underperforming based on potential.

Our Fix:

We built a bespoke, highly detailed customer framework that reflected their brand vision and connected with a modern consumer. We travelled across Australia and New Zealand embedding it in person. Alongside this, we designed and led tailored leadership sessions at their conferences and worked directly inside individual stores to uncover opportunities, coach leaders and turn performance around.

 

The Shift:

Leaders gained a clear, modern framework for customer experience which was embedded into daily practice across the brand. Underperforming stores saw measurable uplift, the leadership team dramatically  grew in confidence and culture and customer connection was aligned brand-wide.

Pacific Fair 

The Challenge:
Pacific Fair wanted training that would connect their brands and lift skills. They’d tried before with another provider but sessions were boring, old-school and attendance dismal.

Our Fix:
We designed The Breakfast Club — a quarterly training series built around live opportunities inside the centre. Each session combined a mix of practical skill-building, cross-brand sharing and connection time. Relevance, energy and cutting edge were the non-negotiables.

 

The Shift:
Attendance lifted immediately, with brands actively engaging and returning each quarter. Teams left with fresh, usable skills and stronger cross-centre connections, creating a culture of shared growth rather than siloed competition. We continue to host these sessions quarterly.

Nude Lucy

The Challenge:
Nude Lucy wanted a guest speaker who could go beyond inspiration and deliver training that addressed real business gaps. Their annual leadership conference needed a session that would engage a large audience, feel relevant, and translate into a strong ROI not just a “motivational talk.”

 

Our Fix:
We reverse-engineered their current challenges into a bespoke keynote + training session. The focus: making it interactive, energising, and tailored to their leaders’ day-to-day reality. We built a session that was both engaging in the room and practical enough to drive impact after the event.

 

The Shift:
The session landed with high engagement across the leadership team, sparking discussion and action. Leaders left with tools they could use immediately, creating momentum that delivered tangible ROI for the brand long after the conference wrapped.
