how it started
KNOWN STUDIOS was founded by an immensely passionate shop floor girl, with an innate talent for exceeding customer expectations, driving store excellence and endlessly inspiring, developing and retaining her teams.
Over 20 years, she worked her way up the retail ladder, attending countless training sessions that left her feeling underwhelmed and frustrated. As she scanned the room, she couldn’t help but notice the disengagement of her peers—eyes glazing over, yawns stifled. During breaks, she'd tune into their conversations: many didn’t feel a connection to the content and they questioned why they were being taught by someone with little hands-on experience or proven success in the industry.
The training wasn’t resonating with them. It didn’t speak their language, address their needs, or respect their unique learning styles. She knew exactly what she’d do differently, what was missing—and more importantly, she knew how to fix it.
She watched team members forced to sit in stuffy backrooms, enduring cringe-worthy training videos and uninspiring online modules. She and her teams longed for engaging, practical, aesthetically pleasing and relevant tools but these resources were nowhere to be found. So, the passionate problem-solver in her decided to create them herself.
She introduced her new training methods and resources across every store and brand she worked with, immediately witnessing their profound impact. Her innovative templates and training strategies became the go-to tools for team members at all levels. To this day, those she mentored continue to use them and have gone on to hold senior roles at leading Australian brands, attributing much of their success to the foundational training she provided.
Driven by a desire to make her game-changing approach accessible on a larger scale, she set out to revolutionise retail training. And so, KNOWN STUDIOS was born.

I founded Known Studios in 2021 driven by my relentless passion to challenge & innovate how training was delivered within the retail space.
You won't see me using times new roman, handing out uninspired booklets, wearing bland corporate attire, or serving "conference sandwiches". I won’t overuse buzzwords, make you sit through bad powerpoint presentations, endure dull speakers or force you to participate in cringe-worthy roleplay activities.
Having spent over 20 years in senior roles for leading Australian retail brands, I know what it takes to educate, motivate, and energise teams. I am recognised for my unwavering passion, exceptional staff retention, constant pursuit of innovation and an infectious work ethic that inspires those around me.
I am known for my ability to quickly identify opportunities within any business and drive significant improvements in revenue, KPIs, team culture, conversion rates, and customer experience.
From supermarkets to luxury fashion, I believe that your people are your greatest asset and to retain top talent, you must continuously seek out ways to nurture, inspire, educate and recognise them.
With a background in personal styling and a deep love for the fashion world, I am endlessly looking through a fashion lens to create aesthetic, engaging and fashion-centric training experiences.
