Why KNOWN exists?
I built my career in retail from a young age and experienced some of its very best years, which is exactly why I cared so deeply about how much energy it had lost and how often teams were being let down by outdated training, lack of support and a poor understanding of what modern teams really needed.
I created a business I wish existed when I was an overstretched Head of Retail. An external partner I could trust to bring fresh eyes into the business, inject energy, hit the ground running, lighten the load and help implement the things I didn’t have time for or know where to begin. Someone who understood modern consumers, could connect and gain buy-in fast and knew how to make teams feel seen and inspired. Someone who was fun to work with, could lift the energy, build capability, grow confidence and make people excited about their work again.
That’s exactly what Known Studios became. What began as a bespoke training business quickly grew into something bigger. Once brands experienced the energy, insight and impact I brought, they wanted me in their business in a broader capacity, working alongside their teams, consulting on stores, shaping strategy, lifting standards, solving challenges and helping move things forward.
